THE FIRE WARMNESS!
One of the oldest ways of cooking meat is either ofto (baked) or antikristo (faced meat). This cooking meat technique is also referred to Homer's Iliad, in which the spears of warriors were used instead of the spit.
HOW ANTIKRISTO IS PREPARED?
Prior to the preparation of the meat used is preferably lamb-heavy lambs, which are salted passed into a metal skewers around the fire, commonly facing for 4-5 hours.

Traditional Night Venue
In our outdoor place, a traditional night venue is held with dances from Crete and the rest of Greece.
So the musicians as well as the Cretan dance group of Vrakoforoi will entertain you!
